Customer Solutions Marketing Playbook | 2021: The KPMG Customer Solutions Campaign marked a transformative shift in the company's approach to digital customer engagement. This initiative was focused on transitioning KPMG’s image from a traditional, conservative firm to one that is perceived as modern, innovative, and customer-centric. Central to this campaign was the adoption of a 'Future Of' theme, influencing the overall look and feel to resonate with the expectations of a digitally proficient consumer base. The campaign targeted C-suite executives, aiming to engage this high-level audience that was not traditionally involved with KPMG for front office tasks. The strategy was to appeal to these executives' preferences for high-quality, contemporary designs, thereby positioning KPMG as a credible and holistic solutions provider, extending beyond its established reputation in accounting and auditing. This campaign was a strategic step for KPMG, as it sought to redefine itself not just as a leader in traditional financial services, but as an adaptable, forward-thinking partner in the digital business landscape.

KPMG Brand Email Templates | 2022: The KPMG Email Template Project, a collaboration between Malka and KPMG, focused on developing a series of email templates that aligned with KPMG's new brand guidelines. The aim was to create templates that not only resonated with KPMG's refreshed brand identity but also offered versatility for various communication needs. In the initial development phase, our team, led by Victoria Gunnel, concentrated on creating the fundamental building blocks of these templates, prioritizing User Experience (UX). This approach ensured that the templates were flexible and could be tailored to different types of content. We developed a series of 6 to 7 distinct email templates, each optimized for specific content, enhancing both clarity and engagement. A key part of this process was our collaboration with Hoodoo, a third-party development partner, who played a crucial role in ensuring the technical feasibility of our designs. This partnership was instrumental in transforming our creative concepts into functional email formats. The templates were designed with a focus on adaptability, ensuring seamless functionality across both desktop and mobile platforms. This dual-platform approach catered to the varied preferences of KPMG's audience, providing a consistent user experience regardless of the device used. The completion of this project led to several significant achievements. We successfully developed a range of email templates that adhered to KPMG's branding guidelines, maintaining brand consistency and integrity. The project also established a flexible template design that could accommodate various levels of content complexity. Moreover, the collaboration between Malka, KPMG's internal teams, and external partners like Hoodoo resulted in a cohesive and well-integrated final product. Project
CMR Market Volatility Chart | 2022: This project was initiated to update KPMG's CMR page for more effective storytelling. The key task involved developing an interactive chart that could be filtered by various industries, enhancing the page's ability to convey market insights. The chart was designed to be updated quarterly with the latest data to ensure consistency and ongoing relevance. Key focus areas included the need for precise data interpretation to accurately reflect KPMG's narrative. A major deliverable was the design of an interactive chart, specifically developed to highlight inverse correlations among key market variables. To provide immediate value, a static version of the chart was created, which was later complemented by the interactive version. Additionally, the chart included integrated callout boxes for essential information, initially utilizing placeholders. The project's success was marked by our team's ability to deliver tailored and rapid data visualization and interactive design solutions. We provided KPMG with both static and interactive charts for their website, designed for easy adaptability to quarterly data updates, significantly enhancing the user experience and the effectiveness of the CMR page.
